Finding the right therapist can feel overwhelming, especially when we feel stuck in cycles that are hard to break or navigating emotions that feel difficult to make sense of. My approach to therapy is grounded in taking a holistic view of each client’s experience, with attention to how environments, relationships, and larger social systems interact with personal choices and patterns.

I work primarily with teens and young adults, queer communities, and communities of color. My clinical approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and evidence-based. I draw from Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and DBT-informed skills to support clients in understanding their experiences, building coping skills, and making meaningful, values-based changes.

I work with individuals navigating challenges related to racial identity and self-worth. I also support clients experiencing body image concerns, often alongside feelings of shame, helping them build a more compassionate and sustainable relationship with themselves. Sometimes, people don’t just need insight—they need a supportive space to slow down, feel understood, and begin to untangle what feels overwhelming.

I graduated from the University of Washington in 2026 with a Master of Arts in Child and Adolescent Psychology. Prior to this, I worked in residential treatment programs for adolescents with eating disorders, as well as with the Washington State Department of Children, Youth, and Families.

This background informs my understanding of how systems impact mental health, and I am particularly interested in intersectionality and how overlapping identities—such as race, class, gender, culture, and structural inequities—shape lived experience, access to care, and emotional well-being. I aim to help clients navigate both internal experiences and the external systems that shape their lives. It’s important to recognize that mental health issues are malleable, and look different for different people.
