Patrick Phelan, LMHC
Founder · Approved Clinical Supervisor
Location: Vashon Island
My clinical focus is teens and young adults — the years between early adolescence and the late twenties — though I work with adults as well. I see people for anxiety, depression, trauma, and suicidal ideation, and I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy for clients who need a more structured, skills-intensive approach.
I help clients build skills to understand and tolerate intense emotions and distressing thoughts, and to manage relationships. I hold a core belief that therapy should be grounded in research and produce meaningful change.
I also offer individual and group clinical supervision for LMHCAs and other associate-level clinicians working toward licensure in Washington. More on supervision.
