There are so many ways to be a therapist. We are interested in helping new clinicians figure out what kind of provider they want to be.
You will have the flexibility to set your own schedule, decide how many clients you want to see, and discover or deepen your areas of specialty.
Terms
- Employment
- W-2 employee
- Compensation
- $60 per session
- Caseload
- You decide how many clients you want to see, and which populations you want to work with
- Insurance
- You will be able to accept Premera and Regence insurance (we will be adding additional insurance panels soon)
- Supervision
- Weekly individual supervision toward full licensure
- Location
- Vashon Island or Seattle, plus telehealth across Washington
- Office
- You find an office that works for your needs, and we will reimburse you
- Time off
- Washington paid sick leave and two weeks of paid vacation
- Referrals
- We will work to fill your caseload as quickly as we can
- Admin
- We take care of the majority of administrative work for you
